Terms & Conditions
The terms for using the Lumi B2B WholesaleHub website and Shopify app.
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Using Lumi
These terms govern your use of Lumi B2B WholesaleHub (“Lumi,” “we,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Lumi for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Lumi provides wholesale pricing, customer-management, and order-management tools for Shopify merchants. You need a compatible Shopify store and the permissions required for the features you use. Shopify’s own terms also apply to your use of its platform.
Your store and responsibilities
- Keep your account access secure and ensure that people configuring Lumi are authorized to do so.
- Review and test prices, discounts, tax displays, registration forms, order limits, payment terms, and notifications before making them available to customers.
- Provide accurate information and obtain any permissions needed to process customer information or send communications.
- Comply with laws applicable to your store, including those covering taxes, consumer rights, privacy, and marketing.
You remain responsible for your products, customer relationships, order fulfillment, refunds, tax obligations, and collection of payments. Tax-display settings do not constitute tax advice, and payment terms do not guarantee that a customer will pay.
Plans and billing
Features and usage limits depend on your selected plan. Current plans are described on our pricing page. The price, billing interval, and charges shown when you approve a subscription apply to that subscription. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing terms presented at approval unless canceled.
Manage or cancel your app subscription through the available Shopify controls. Charges already incurred, credits, and refunds are subject to the approved billing terms, applicable Shopify billing rules, and mandatory legal rights. Contact support@lumib2b.dev with billing questions.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lumi for unlawful activity, to access another store’s data without permission, to send abusive or unlawful communications, or to interfere with the service. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or plan restrictions, introduce malicious software, or misuse the service’s infrastructure.
Your content and our service
You retain your rights to the content and business information you provide. You authorize us to process that information as needed to deliver the features you use, provide support, and meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Lumi’s software, branding, website content, and other service materials remain the property of their respective owners. Your subscription permits you to use the service for your store; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
Availability and third-party services
Features may depend on Shopify, your theme, other apps, and external service providers. We may update or maintain Lumi as those systems change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every store configuration. Lumi is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify.
Suspension and ending use
You can stop using Lumi and uninstall it from Shopify. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
After ending use, review your store settings and any records or changes created while using Lumi. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lumi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes and questions
We may revise these terms as the service changes. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date, and additional notice will be provided where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
For questions about these terms or to raise a concern, contact support@lumib2b.dev.
