How to set priority

Choose which price list takes precedence when more than one list matches a customer and product.

1. Open Set priority

Go to Pricing Management Price Lists, then select Set priority above the list.

The Priority column shows each price list’s current position. 0 is the highest priority; lower numbers are considered first.

2. Arrange your price lists

Use the up and down arrows beside a price list, or drag its handle, to move it. Place the list you want to take precedence at the top.

The example shows:

  • wholesale off 10% at priority 0.
  • wholesale off 20% at priority 1.

If both lists match the same customer and product, the 10% list takes precedence in this order. A larger discount does not automatically take priority. To prefer the 20% list, move it above the 10% list.

Priority does not change eligibility. The price list must still be Active, within its schedule, and match the customer, product, and market. Exclusions still apply.

3. Save the order

Click Apply to save your changes, or Cancel to keep the existing order.

This order applies to Price List rules. Use Settings to see how priority works across pricing modules.
